Executive Team
Patrick Vogt is currently Executive Chairman of PulsePoint in New York City. A leader in Internet Marketing Technology for 20 years, Mr. Vogt has held senior executive posts with premier global brands such as Sony Electronics, Dell, Compaq and HP, and has extensive experience serving as CEO for both public and private companies.
Mr. Vogt focuses on the strategic development of Internet, mobile, marketing and branding technologies that create personal experiences for the always connected next generation of consumers, and provide powerful returns for today’s brands and marketers. Mr. Vogt is recognized for his views on the convergence of Internet marketing, advertising, technology, mobile, and social media, and providing insight on the dynamics fueling successful digital strategies that support content creation and customer relationships. Mr. Vogt holds several Boards of Director positions in technology and the Internet.
Mr. Vogt received a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York and has an MBA in marketing from Iona College, Hagen School of Business.
As CEO of PulsePoint, Mr. Timothy Murray is responsible for management of the digital media technology company’s day-to-day business. Mr. Murray was previously CEO of Contextweb. He joined Contextweb in March of 2010 and is an accomplished communications industry executive, having spent 21 years with AT&T prior to taking on a number of CEO/COO roles since 2001.
Mr. Murray began his career with AT&T and progressively moved through a broad range of operating roles spanning sales, marketing, operations, engineering and product management. He held senior executive roles leading the Middle Market BU, a $3.5B segment serving medium and large businesses; as senior vice president of business operations, he was responsible for the operation of AT&T’s network and supported a team of 12,000; and as president of business network services, he was responsible for the $22B voice and data services BU for business customers.
Most recently, Mr. Murray was chief operating officer of Dialogic. In this role, Mr. Murray oversaw Dialogic’s daily operations including all aspects of sales, customer service and support, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, quality initiatives and human resources. This role included driving the vision and strategy, business plan, and product strategy of Dialogic as it repositioned itself to being a leading provider of mobile and video value- added services technology.
Prior to Dialogic, Mr. Murray served as CEO of Cantata Technology (purchased by Dialogic in October 2007); CEO of Cross Match Services, a start up and leading provider of biometric identification services, COO of Cross Match Technologies, a manufacturer of forensic quality identity management solutions; and CEO of Riversoft PLC, a pioneering network management software company listed on the London Stock Exchange and acquired by Micromuse.
Mr. Murray holds M.S. and B.S. degrees in Management and Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and has also completed executive education studies at Harvard Business School and the Dartmouth Institute.
As Chief Marketing Officer of PulsePoint, Ms. Rose Ann Haran’s responsibilities include corporate brand stewardship, expanding the company’s market footprint and steering the successful partnership of the media technology offer and marketing teams in support of corporate sales, revenue and P&L responsibilities. Ms. Haran was previously CMO of Contextweb, with more than 20 years experience directing both major client and agency initiatives.
Before joining Contextweb in late 2010, she developed an integrated client service model for Havas Media across its traditional and digital businesses. Previously, as SVP at Grey Global, Ms. Haran led an integrated team overseeing all online and traditional advertising programs for Bell South/AT&T/Cingular. Prior to Grey, Ms. Haran worked as director of managed services for AT&T, spearheading the creation and management of AT&T’s award-winning marketing and sales Intranet, the Information & Knowledge Exchange (IKE). Her contributions to IKE were recognized in a BusinessWeek 50/50 Award for “Best Marketing Intranet.”
Ms. Haran is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology and holds an EMBA from the Wharton School of Business. She is a frequently requested speaker on such subjects as knowledge management, marketing and Internet technologies.
As Chief Financial Officer of PulsePoint, Mr. Andrew Graf’s responsibilities include leading the company’s active M&A activities and ensuring that the company’s financial growth is aligned with development goals and market opportunity. Mr. Graf was previously COO of Datran Media. Mr. Graf brings nearly two decades of legal and financial expertise to his role with PulsePoint.
Prior to Datran Media, Mr. Graf was executive vice president of corporate development, secretary and general counsel for Enliven Marketing Technologies. Mr. Graf helped the publicly traded company raise over $20 million in capital, acquire two companies and merge with a larger public entity for several times its revenue multiple. Prior to his role at Enliven, Mr. Graf represented public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, private placements and corporate and security law matters as a global corporate and M&A associate for Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in New York. Earlier in his career, he held finance and accounting positions at HarperCollins and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Graf is a graduate of New York University’s Stern School of Business and holds Juris Doctorate from the Cardozo School of Law.
