PULSEPOINT ACHIEVES EXPONENTIAL GROWTH PROPELLED BY PIPELINE OF INNOVATION AND 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

NEW YORK, September 6, 2023 -- PulsePoint, a technology company revolutionizing health decision-making in real time, today proudly announced they served 25% more campaigns year to date versus the same period in 2022, and grew their platform customer base by 17%. The company credits two factors for this growth—their stable pipeline of innovation and their commitment to delivering excellent customer service. In 2023, PulsePoint launched two flagship products: the first programmatic EHR integration to reach HCPs at the point of care and all-channel measurement for DTC. In that same time period, the company received a perfect (100%) customer satisfaction score in a survey about their activation platform conducted by TechValidate, which included a sample of over 1,600 marketing and media professionals from advertising, media, and pharmaceutical companies. 

Marketers participating in the TechValidate survey highlighted PulsePoint’s “innovation roadmap” as a key factor in their continued use of the platform. And two out of every three respondents said that PulsePoint helped them differentiate and innovate for their clients. Survey respondents remarked on the “great data,” smart audiences,” “exclusive inventory,” and “incredible customer service” of the PulsePoint platform, and also called it “very easy to use.”

Customers were most likely to rate PulsePoint’s activation platform as superior to other advertising platforms on its targeting capabilities. This was not surprising, given the strength of PulsePoint’s proprietary data foundation and their extensive investment in the development of the HCP identity and DTC interest graphs. Every single respondent reported PulsePoint as being better than other platforms on audience quality and granularity of audiences. Additionally, 98% of respondents viewed PulsePoint as being better than alternatives in targeting HCP audiences, and 91% said PulsePoint is better at targeting DTC audiences. 

PulsePoint also performed extremely favorably in terms of campaign performance.  94% of customers said PulsePoint campaigns perform better than industry alternatives in terms of Rx lift, the ultimate measure for pharmaceutical marketing campaigns. Other performance measures where PulsePoint was rated superior relative to alternatives included media reach (95%) and campaign views (92%).
