Getting Started
Get your PulsePoint Platform Core Certification by passing a 20-question online test evaluating your ability to use PulsePoint effectively. You must answer at least 80% of the questions correctly to pass.
The test is based on your day-to-day hands-on keyboard experience planning and implementing health campaigns, so the questions should feel very familiar to traders using the PulsePoint platform regularly.
If you get a question wrong, we’ll show you the correct answer in real time. If you don't get a passing grade, you can simply take it again.

Who can take the test?
The test is for PulsePoint Life users. If you’re not a PulsePoint Life user, we can set you up with a demo. Just email marketing@pulsepoint.com.
How much does the certification exam cost?
The test is completely free.
How long is the certification valid for?
Your certification will never expire.
How do I prepare for the certification test?
If you’re a PulsePoint platform user, you should pass easily. The test reflects tasks you perform on the platform. No additional work is necessary.
How many questions are on the test?
There are 20 questions on the test. Each is worth four points.
What is the passing grade?
You need to score an 80% or above to pass. This means you must get 16 of the 20 questions right.
How long does the test take?
The test is self-administered and not timed. This means you can take as long as you need to complete it. On average, we find it takes around 10 to 15 minutes.
What if I don't pass on the first try?
Don't stress! You can retake the test as many times as you need to get a passing score.
