PulsePoint Reflects on 2022

Happy New Year! We’re looking forward to big things in 2023, and many of us are already making plans for the year and tackling new goals. But first, we want to take a moment to recognize our team’s incredible accomplishments in 2022.

We asked everyone to submit their reflections on the past year: highs and accomplishments, things they were grateful for, and favorite moments that highlight what it means to be a PulsePointer.

We pulled all of these insights together and discussed them at the first company-wide meeting of the year. Here’s what we found:

What are you most proud of accomplishing this year?

People: If there’s one thing PulsePointers were proud of in 2022, it was each other. We were proud of building, developing, and being part of world-class teams. We accomplished amazing things by bringing the right people together at the right time. And we pushed ourselves individually, from those who moved smoothly into leadership positions to those who brought in more new clients than ever, smashing sales and growth goals.

Data & Solutions: PulsePoint is built on data, so this one should come as no surprise. Our teams made it easier than ever for marketers to understand and reach HCPs. We created the best solutions on the market by focusing on what’s important: first-party data that’s accurate and contextualized, keeping each consumer’s right to privacy top of mind.

What’s your favorite memory this year? Where did you have the most fun?

Summit: Far and away, the PulsePoint Commercial Summit was the highlight of the year. All employees were invited, and over the course of three days, we came together to talk about goals and the future of the company. But, more than that, we were able to spend quality time together after two years of being separated by forces out of our control.

Being Together: Outside of the summit, PulsePointers were happy just to spend time together. Whether it was during coffee meetings, game nights, or happy hours—at the New York headquarters or from our home offices—we recognized the value in making personal connections and felt motivated by our peers.

What’s one thing you feel grateful for?

Our Leaders: Many of us were thankful for specific people, including the ones who guide and mentor us every day. Our teams make up the backbone of the company, and those teams are supported by knowledgeable leaders we know we can trust.

Family: In the office, we were grateful for our teammates and mentors, but with a hybrid work environment, we appreciated the extra time with our families, including partners, children, and parents.

What are you most looking forward to next year?

Growth: It’s clear that 2023’s theme for most of us is “growth.” Whether that’s literal growth (our expansion into the EU), professional growth (building new, better solutions for our clients), or personal growth (developing new skills and relationships), we are committed to improving. As PulsePointers, we know the value of learning new things and pushing ourselves every day.

After looking back at everything we achieved in 2022, we’re even more excited to see what the future holds for our teams. Onward and upward in 2023!
